TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUE LINE AUDIO LIMITED'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT (IF ANY) YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE OR PRODUCT AT ISSUE, OR (B) £100.00. If you have paid nothing to True Line Audio Limited in that time, then our maximum liability is £100.00. The existence of multiple claims will not enlarge this limit.
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first if you have any disputes or issues with the Site. Many concerns can be resolved quickly and to your satisfaction by reaching out to our customer support.
